Mr. Waddick was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2007. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and prior to that held a series of progressive senior management positions with the Company. During his tenure, Mr. Waddick has played a key role in Vasogen's development and strategic direction and he has been responsible for the operations of the Company since 2005. Prior to joining Vasogen, he held a series of financial and regulatory roles in the energy and automotive sectors. Mr. Waddick is a Certified Management Accountant and holds an MBA from York University in Toronto. Mr. Waddick was appointed to Vasogen's Board in June 2007.
