Our investigational products are designed to target chronic inflammation underlying cardiovascular and neurological disease.

We have completed a 2,408-patient phase III trial of our Celacade™ technology in chronic heart failure. The multi-national ACCLAIM (Advanced Chronic Heart Failure CLinical Assessment of Immune Modulation Therapy) trial assessed the use of our Celacade™ technology to reduce mortality and morbidity in patients with chronic heart failure.

We are also developing a new class of drugs for the treatment of neuro-inflammatory disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease. VP025, which has successfully completed phase I clinical development, is the lead product candidate from this new class of drugs.
