(NASDAQ:VSGN; TSX:VAS), a leader in the research and development of immune modulation therapies targeting the chronic inflammation underlying cardiovascular and neurological disorders, today announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, David Elsley, will present a Company overview at the Pacific Growth Equities Life Sciences Conference at the Mark Hopkins InterContinental Hotel, at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time (1:30 p.m., Eastern Time) on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 in San Francisco.

Vasogen is focused on the research and commercial development of technologies targeting the chronic inflammation underlying cardiovascular and neurological disease. The Company’s lead product, the Celacade™ technology, is currently in two pivotal phase III clinical trials designed to support regulatory approval and marketing in North America and Europe.
